We’ll move through gentle, accessible postures at a comfortable pace, with plenty of guidance on alignment and breathing. You'll learn the basics—from sun salutations to simple standing and seated poses—while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. Expect a calm, supportive environment where questions are welcome and progress is celebrated. No experience needed just bring your curiosity!

Heart Opening Vinyasa (EN)
In this Dharma-inspired flow we will move dynamically focusing on heart-openers, having fun with arm balances and inversions, and calm our minds with breathing techniques and meditation to find love and gratitude for ourselves, everyone and everything around us. All levels are welcome as Sara will offer many different variations for each pose.

Pace: medium-fast (~3 to 5 breath per asana)
