In this Dharma-inspired flow we will move dynamically focusing on heart-openers, having fun with arm balances and inversions, and calm our minds with breathing techniques and meditation to find love and gratitude for ourselves, everyone and everything around us. All levels are welcome as Sara will offer many different variations for each pose. Level: All levels Pace: medium-fast (~3 to 5 breath per asana) Music: background music during asana practice, no music during pranayama and meditation

We'll begin with a grounding Yin practice—holding supported postures for extended periods to gently open the body, release tension, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. As the body softens, the mind begins to quiet. Following the Yin sequence, allow yourself to be immersed in the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls. The sound bath encourages deeper relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional release—leaving you feeling refreshed, reconnected, and renewed. This class is open to all levels.
